Autism Network International will be holding its annual "Autreat" in Philadelphia between June 26-30. According to the ANI press release, "It is an opportunity for autistic people and those with related developmental differences, our friends and supporters to come together, discover and explore autistic connections, and develop advocacy skills, all in an autistic-friendly environment." It's important to note that the Autreat is NOT about finding cures for autism, but rather about finding ways for autistic adults to live full, rich lives.
