he mystery of autism is endless...dealing with it now for 13 years...depression a part of my life now...I function on antidepressents and anti anxiety meds carefully monitored by a doctor. My marriage has ended but probably a good thing as my ex consumed by his tv. career would not change anything to accomodate our son...so eventually I chose my son over my abusive husband who stuck his head in the sand about the autism...my son is in a group home...my husband putting him there after he dropped me off in hospital/put restraining order on me so I could not come home to save my son....yes I have come along way!How Did You Get Past Depression to Help Your Child
LEAVING MY EX WHO WAS NO AIDE TO THE STRUGGLES OF BEING A FULL TIME MAMA TO FIRST BORN AUTISTIC SON, GETTING THERAPY FOR DOMESTIC ABUSE...GETTING THERAPY FOR THE AUTISM AND RELYING ON SUPPORT FROM EXTENDED FAMILY!
